Waze - Navigation Mobile App

Waze is a navigation app that uses data from other local drivers to provide real-time updates on traffic, road closures, construction, pot holes, and even the location of police nearby. As people travel, the users will report any disruptions on the road, working together as a community to inform others and help guide travelers to a more optimal route. This app has saved me many hours in my lifetime of sitting in traffic, and has also saved me from getting many speeding tickets. I’m kidding, of course; I would never speed! ;)

This app is really amazing and it still surprises me how accurate it can be with police notifications etc. This mobile app is concise with their data because app users are putting in real time information when they do pass a cop, or a pothole, or whatever it may be. I have to admit, that I have been taking advantage of this app, consuming information from other users, and have yet to contribute to this data myself. I guess I have been quite selfish – only thinking about myself! However, I do also have the excuse that I am mostly in the car by myself, and am not taking any actions on my phone while behind the wheel. Anyways, I highly suggest Waze to help you navigate to your destination in a timely manner.
